Winter Resilience Operatives at Aberdeen Airport are responsible for effectively clearing snow and ice from surfaces of the airfield as well as spreading de-icing/ anti-icing material using various equipment such as tractors, flat bed trucks and hand tools.

The Role

​

• Job role: Rapid Response Team Member

​​

• Location of role: Aberdeen Airport

​​

• Shift times: This is ad-hoc emergency work. Your hours will vary and you must be flexible enough to work days, nights, weekdays and weekends.
  You will be guaranteed a minimum 8-hour shift, even if you work less.​​

​​

• Pay rate: £20ph Ltd

• Bank Holiday rate: x1.5 Bank Holidays. x2 Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New years day

​

• Pay frequency: Weekly, in arears

​

• Driving licence: Full, UK manual licence required 

​

• Training: 1- 2 days , taking place the last week of October or first week of November.

​

• Parking: Provided for free
