  • Logic Melon (our recruitment software provider)

We do not sell your data and will never share it without a legitimate reason.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain candidate data for 12 months from your last interaction with us, unless:

  • You are hired and data is retained for employment purposes

  • You request earlier deletion

  • Legal or regulatory retention periods apply

7. International Data Transfers

Some of your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Object to or restrict our processing

  • Request data portability to another provider

  • Withdraw consent at any time
