That’s why we offer a Referral Bonus when your recommendation leads to a successful placement. If you refer someone who gets placed through us, you'll receive a reward in vouchers of your choice.

You'll receive your bonus once they’ve completed all required training as outlined in their contract.

📋 Terms & Conditions

 

  • The following terms apply and are accepted by anyone participating in the scheme:

  • All referrals must be submitted via Red Sky’s official online referral form to ensure accurate tracking and eligibility.

  • The referred individual must either:

    • Be placed in a permanent or Contract role through Red Sky within 3 months of the referral date, or

    • For Rapid Response/Contingency roles, be enrolled in the team by providing all relevant documentation within 3 months of the referral date.

  • Permanent placements: referral bonus is paid once Red Sky’s 12-week placement guarantee is complete.

  • Rapid Response/Contingency placements: bonus is paid after all required training is completed, as set out in the contract.

  • The referrer must have the candidate's permission to share their details.

  • No bonus is payable if the employment is terminated during the guarantee period for permanent roles, or if all required training is not completed for Rapid Response/Contingency contracts.

  • Referred candidates already known to or registered with Red Sky at the time of referral are not eligible.

  • Scheme is not open to employees of Red Sky Personnel.

  • No limit to the number of referrals you can make.

  • All information shared is used solely for the purpose of this scheme and will not be passed to third parties.

  • Referred candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

  • Bonuses are paid as vouchers of your choice, and are considered a gross benefit; recipients are responsible for any tax liabilities.

  • Red Sky reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw the scheme at any time, without notice.

  • Red Sky is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the scheme.

  • By submitting a referral, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and free of third-party claims.
