✅ Essential Requirements
To join the Rapid Response Team, you must:

Be available for ad-hoc work throughout the year
-
Have no unspent criminal convictions
-
(Some roles) Hold a full UK Driving Licence and pass a driver medical (Hearing, Vision, etc.)
🛠️ What Will I Be Doing?
As part of the Rapid Response Team, you could be called upon for a variety of essential tasks, including:

Baggage/Ramp Duties – Moving luggage between baggage halls and aircraft

Driving Baggage Equipment (tugs, dollies, belt loaders)
-
Operating De-Icing Rigs – Spraying aircraft with de-icing fluid
-
Winter Resilience Support – Operating specialist equipment to remove snow
-
Airside Escorting – Escorting temporary/visitor pass holders safely across airside areas
-

📋 The Role Summary
Job Title: Rapid Response Team Member
Shift Times: Ad-hoc emergency cover – must be flexible for days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
Minimum Shift Length: 8 hours (Standby rates apply - Terms will be in your Contract for Services)
Pay Rate:
-
PAYE – From £22/hour (incl. WTR)
-
LTD Company – £25/hour (+ VAT if applicable)
Pay Frequency: Weekly (in arrears)
Parking: Provided free of charge
