Working Hours

Under the Working Time Regulations 1998, workers are not permitted to work more than an average of 48 hours per week unless they enter into an opt out.  If you opt out, you will be permitted to work more than 48 hours per week but are not under any obligation to do so.  You may withdraw your consent by giving us seven days notice in writing.

Red Sky Personnel Limited (the company trading as ‘Red Sky’) are to provide you with work finding services, that is to say we will act as an agency as defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we are required to gain your consent before we can process your data for work seeking purposes. The following list includes the information that we need in order to effectively find you a new role. 

I hereby give my consent to the Company to process the following information:

  • Contact details, including telephone number, email address and postal address

  • Proof of Eligibilty to work in the UK

  • Experience, training and qualifications

  • CV

  • National insurance number

Sensitive Personal Data

  • Disability/health condition relevant to the role

I consent to Red Sky Personnel processing the above personal data for the following purposes:

  • For Red Sky to provide me with work-finding services.

  • For Red Sky to process with or transfer my personal data to client organisations in order to provide me with work-finding services. 

  • For Red Sky to verify my right to work documents using online government verification websites on my behalf.

  • For Red Sky to approach all referees given on my application form(s) for references. (This includes any educational establishments I have attended and any periods of unemployment to be confirmed by the Job Centre or the Gap referees I have provided.)

  • For Red Sky to check my Driving License on the DVLA website on my behalf (which may be required to be sent to the client I am working for if applicable)

  • For Red Sky to apply for a criminal record check on my behalf

  • For the Red Sky to process my data on an internal secure computerised database in order to provide me with work-finding services.

  • For Red Sky to pass my data to related third party associates when required such as payroll organisations. 

  • Contacting you to discuss vacancies that we feel may be of interest to you.

I also consent to the Company processing my personal data with third parties for the purposes of internal audits and investigations carried out on the Company to ensure that the Company is complying with all relevant laws and obligations.

I give consent to Red Sky to contact me by telephone, email and post. The consent I give to Red Sky will last for 6 years (this is so we can contact you to present opportunities that are relevant to you in the future) 

I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by informing Red Sky that I wish to do so.
