📝 What You’ll Need to Provide

• 5-Year Reference History
Employment, education, benefit claim, self-employment, or gap periods.

• Personal Referee / Gap Referee
Cannot be living at the same address, related, in a relationship, or a current colleague.

• 5-Year Address History

• Photo ID
A clear colour copy showing all 4 corners with no glare.

• Proof of Address
Dated within the last 2 months. Must be a clear copy of a headed letter from a utility provider, HMRC, or bank/building society.

• Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) / Basic Criminal Record Check
Must be dated within 10 weeks of your application submission.

• HMRC Employment History (if required)
We will advise you how to request your 5-year record.

• Benefit Statement of Claim (if required)
We’ll guide you on how to get this from the DWP.

• SA302 Statement (if required)
For those self-employed within the last 5 years – we’ll help you request this if needed.
