Obtaining an Airside Pass

To work within the Restricted Zone or "Airside" at an Airport, you will require an Airside Pass.

 

We at Red Sky Personnel will guide you step-by-step through the vetting process, explaining why each check is required and detailing what information you need to provide.

Below, you will see an overview of what information you will need to provide in your vetting application:

​

5-year reference history

(Employment, Education, Benefit Claim, Self-employment or Unemployment/ Gap periods) 

​

Personal referee or Gap referee

(Cannot be living at same address, related, in a current or past relationship or a current colleague of the applicant)

​

5-year address history

​

Photo ID

(Must be a clear colour copy, showing all 4 corners of the document with no glare)

​

Proof of address

(Must be a letter dated within the last 2 months and a clear copy, showing all 4 corners of the document and be a headed letter from a Utility provider, HMRC or Bank/ Building Society)

​

Disclosure and Barring Service, Basic Criminal Record Check

Must be dated within 10 weeks of your application being submitted to the Airport ID Team

​

HMRC Employment History (May be required)

We will advise you, if needed how to request a letter confirming your full 5 years employment history from the HMRC

​

Benefit Statement of Claim (May be required)

We will advise you, if needed how to request a statement of claim from the DWP

​

SA302 statement (May be required)

We will advise you, if needed how to request SA302 statements for each year you have been self-employed within the 5-year time frame
